Who We Are and What We Believe:  Christian Valley Christian Church (CVCC) of Jonesboro…recognizes the Bible as the divinely inspired Word of God and our only standard for matters of doctrine and conduct of life…believes that Jesus Christ is God’s Son and Savior of the world…regards its members not as the only Christians, but as Christians only…accepts the Bible’s teaching that baptism is the immersion of believers for the forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit…invites into her fellowship all who would commit themselves to the Lordship of Christ in the terms of the New Testament.

 Communion Service:  Christ’s invitation to “Do this in memory of me” is for every Christian.  Paul wrote, “Let a man examine himself and so eat of the bread and drink…”  Please join in partaking of the bread and juice as they are passed to you in your pew.

 Invitation Hymn:  The invitation is for anyone who desires to confess faith in Christ and be baptized for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38), desires to transfer membership from another church family, or to make public any other decision.
